What is The Everyday Way?

I’ve always wanted one central home that focus’ on creating, maintaining, and thriving in all aspects of health. Most programs do an amazing job on nutrition or fitness or productivity, but I haven’t found one that tackles all of them. Why is this a big deal? Because addressing only one of these doesn’t create a manageable balance. For example, maybe you are incredible at making home cooked meals for your family every evening…but…you struggle with what the right fitness program for your life.

There is no one solution for everyone. The goal of The Everyday Way is to help you build a core nutrition, fitness, and overall health plan that you can actually stick to and build results around with a supportive community helping you achieve your results today, tomorrow and forever.

Is it okay to participate in The Everyday Way if I am breastfeeding and/or pregnant?

Yes! This nutrition plan is meant for all people. It’s the healthiest way to eat and is ideal when you’re growing a baby or nourishing a baby with your own body. We can always modify the workouts for whatever your body is ready for. I will provide beginner and advanced workouts, so feel free to start with the beginner workouts that will also be lower impact.

Do I need to purchase any shakes or supplements to participate in this program?

No! That is the beauty of this program. Once you invest in yourself monthly, you have everything you need from a nutrition, fitness and healthy lifestyle standpoint. I will also provide education on various health topics and conditions that I see a lot of women dealing with. I might suggest supplements or vitamins from time to time, but never feel like you have to purchase anything else to be successful in the program.

Am I a good fit for this program?

This program is for women only (men can invest in the program but can’t be in any of the Facebook Groups). This program can be used for anyone. There is a core nutrition principles guide that will suit anyone’s needs. Within the group, I also have specific goal-based programs such as a 6 week rapid fat burning program and a hormone balancing program that is great for women with hormonal imbalance symptoms such as painful, heavy periods, irregular periods, hot flashes, PMS, acne, etc. as well as a Feed Your Fertility Program.

I’ve applied these nutritional principles and fitness programs with hundreds of women and if they stick with it, have been successful. This program aims to show you how to incorporate your health, fitness and nutrition goals into a plan that can become a lifestyle – not a fad diet. I will never leave you hanging on wondering what to do next. That is the beauty of a monthly membership-based group.

If I am already a member of a gym and doing regular classes, or if I am meeting with a personal trainer, can I just continue with my current workouts, and use your food cycle?

I want you to truly think about what you’re doing and ask yourself, “is this working for me?” “Am I seeing the results that I want?” “Can I maintain this for the rest of my life?” If the answer is yes, I think what you’re doing is working.

If you were seeing great results and were truly excited about your current program and/or lifestyle, you would not be searching for other solutions.

If you are meeting with a personal trainer or doing classes like barre, yoga, Orangetheory Fitness, etc. , I definitely want you to keep doing workouts you love, so am all for you adding yours in. However, it is important that we discuss what you are doing so that we can make sure you’re getting the right amount of exercise and intensities each week.

Do I need a gym membership to participate in The Everyway Day?

I create workouts that can be done either in the gym or at home, so whichever place you prefer is just fine. I’ve done these workouts in both places (and with kids climbing all over me!)

What equipment do I need if I workout at home?

I generally recommend a light, medium and heavy pair of dumbbells. This highly depends on your current fitness level. Generally speaking, a pair of 8 lbs. 10 lbs. and 15 lbs. Is very sufficient.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

For the core nutrition plan, I provide the approved foods, grocery list and recipes and meal ideas. In this part of the program, we are free to choose any foods from this list. There is no tracking or counting. I want you to learn what a healthy diet looks like so you are able to lose weight, burn fat, have balanced hormones, a healthy gut and overall better health.

If you want to do the rapid fat burning part of the program, you will track macronutrients and will practice carb cycling. I will tell you how to do that in the program. Throughout these 6 weeks, you will pair your workouts with your consumption of carbohydrates to maximize your fat burning efforts. I ask that you only do the carb cycling for 6-12 weeks and then go back to the core nutrition guide for several weeks to give your body a break.

Am I required to be on Facebook to join the program?

I host the accountability group on Facebook. In the Facebook group, we are able to provide accountability, encouragement, support, ask questions, get education and information and this is where I will post the live training one time per month. It’s not required but is HIGHLY recommended.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you may stay with the group for however long you would like! There is no cancellation fee either.
